Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Does the problem exist since you bought the car mount charger? We’d love to send you a replacement if it is a quality issue. Could you please do the following checking to help us better judge the problem?
Is the charging cable plugged into a car adapter that supports fast charging or the USB port directly? Our car mount pro requires an input of 5V/2A or 9V/2A. So a charging adapter with an output over 18W is preferred. Most USB ports’ output is only 5V/1A, or even lower, which might result in abnormal charging.

If you are already using a fast-charging adapter, please try the car mount charger with another cable or try the cable with another charger so as to figure out if the problem is on the car charger or on the cable.
If you have confirmed the problem is on the charger or the cable, please take a video for us and we will help arrange a replacement for you.
