Thanks for your feedback on the overheating issue of the Air Omni, and we understand your concern about safety. Based on our testing report from thousands of experiments, mildly heating seems normal for most wireless chargers.
Wireless charging uses electromagnetic induction to transfer energy to the mobile. Energy loss is inevitable during the transfer process, and some of that energy converts into heat. That’s why your mobile gets warm. In fact, it happens too when you charge your phone with a cable. There’s no need to worry when the environment temperature doesn’t exceed 28℃ and your phone is less than 45℃. In addition, if your phone doesn’t align well with the wireless charger, it will overheat as well. So please double check to make sure your phone is placed on the sweet spot on the wireless charger.
Hope this info helps. Thank you for your understanding and support.
