I recently ordered the wrong case for my iPhone 13 pro Max. I was undecided what to do about it. So, I reached out to customer service and was glad to see they really care for their customers. They responded the next day and after giving me some options. I was able to order the correct case for my phone. Now, I’m so excited!! Pitaka customer service is really the best and I can’t wait for my case to arrive.
